2026: "575 Wandsworth Road, London, was the home of Kenyan poet and civil servant Khadambi Asalache until his death in 2006. Following his death he left it to the National Trust, which opened the house as a museum for pre-booked guided tours."

"By road:
Wandsworth Road is a busy main road and there are few places to park. There is metered parking in St Rule Street. We recommend travelling by public transport as an easier option and to reduce car usage in the area.
Parking: There is no parking at the property. There are some parking meters in nearby roads, but we recommend accessing the site by public transport where possible.
The nearest Barclays Cycle Park is Wandsworth Road Isley Court. There are also places to park your own cycles nearby."

"Admission is by pre-booked guided visit only. Members are free, although booking is essential due to extremely limited capacity of 6 people per tour.
To purchase a guidebook, please add this to your basket when you purchase your ticket. Guidebooks can also be purchased at the house but we are strictly cash-free.
