Level exhibition visitor centre, and level tarmac paths around the ruins and gardens; disability toilet, and manual wheelchair available for free hire, but no mobility scooter. There are nappy-changing facilities in both the male and female toilets.

Travelling south west from Douglas on the A5 New Castletown Road turn west along Cooil Road at the round-a-bout. At the next round-a-bout go straight ahead onto the A24 which eventually travels south west. At the junction of Millenium Way turn south along the A26 and eventually turn east towards the Abbey ruins entrance.
