There are toilets with disability facilities next to the bridge in the centre of the village. There is also a public telephone and notice board in the same building.

There is a level, gravel car park next to the village hall a few yards from the toilets, public house and church. The roads are otherwise quite narrow and there are no pavements so on-street parking is not advised.

Brief Description:

Abergorlech lies on the River Cothi along the B4310 between Brechfa and Llansawel. It is a remote, rural hamlet with a selection of houses but is well served by a chapel, church and public house.

There is a grade II listed bridge over the River Cothi in the centre of the village.

The village is at the foot of the Gorlech sections of the popular Brechfa mountain bike routes and there are number of walking trails that start and stop here.
