Accessibility: There is a lift is available to all floors. It can be used to enter and leave the building via the Tourist Information Centre. There are toilets are on the main floor, with a disability toilet on the top floor. There are Pay and Display car parks close by, including disability parking spaces.

2023: "Wheelchair access is possible to most parts of the site. However, due to the historic nature of some of the buildings, some access may be difficult.

There is a lift to all floors. Accessible toilets are available on the ground floor, shop and TIC. All Assistance Dogs are allowed in the museum."

From Aberystwyth Town Centre the Museum is North East on North Parade towards Terrace Road. From there turn East onto Terrace Road, and the Museum will be on the left.
