- Disability parking capacity is situated  50 metres from the site (contact in advance is advised)
- Assistance dogs welcome, all other dogs are allowed outside on leads
- A wheelchair loan is available for people with mobility impairments
- Accessible toilets are on site
- Please note that the venue advises against people with larger electric wheelchairs using the lifts on site due to weight restrictions 
- There are areas of low light in the audio visual room
- Terrain in certain parts of the venue includes gravel, a cobbled courtyard and large grassy areas
