10 disability parking bays and lots of parking bays in the main free car park located as you enter the centre. All shops have wheelchair access. Three designated wheelchair-accessible toilets at various points in the centre. Some raised areas eg. into the restaurant. Cobbles that can be uneven in places. Guide dogs are welcome, hearing loops can be found in the Visitors Centre and Touring Park reception, and there are two free wheelchairs available on a first come, first serve basis. Some staff have recieved disability awareness training.

"There are three designated disabled toilets on site and can be found:

i. At the toilet block off main car park
ii. At the toilet block near to disabled car parking
iii. Within the restaurant toilet area All toilets have twist locks, lateral transfer space and fitted grab rails (both fixed and drop down varieties). A key is not required to lock any of these toilets. The sinks in all toilets are fitted with lever type taps, paper towel dispensers and mirrors. Toilet also have hand dryers. No dispensers are higher than 100cm from the floor. None of these disabled toilets are fitted with an emergency alarm.
