https://swanseaandbrecon.churchinwales.org.uk/en/brecon-cathedral/
"The town is situated on the main A40 trunk road, midway between Abergavenny to the East and Llandovery to the West. It is also accessible from the South (Cardiff) via the A470 and the North East (Builth Wells, Hay On Wye, Hereford etc.) via the A470 and the A465. The Cathedral is situated on the B4520 and is well signposted as you enter the town - just follow the brown signs.
Access, Parking, Toilets etc.
There is a pay-and-display car park next to the Cathedral (we receive income from ticket sales but not from fines), and this includes disabled parking and space for two coaches or buses. There are toilets inside the south west entrance to the Cathedral and also behind Pilgrims restaurant. The north door (from the graveyard) has steps through the porch into the Cathedral. The south west door (accessed from inside the Close) has lift access. There are no other steps in the Cathedral (excepting areas which are normally out of bounds to visitors)."
