Brief description:
Not a castle but a CADW-operated Neolithic-origin Circular Bank earthwork, dating from the Iron Age, where Roman pottery has also been found.

Directions:
Situated about 1 mile west of Brynsiencyn village. From A4050 park in layby to the west of the bus stop and Tre-Dryw turning, and then walk north on foot for about 500yards/metres on a shale track at Brown tourist signage for the Castell Bryn Gwyn / Bryn Gwyn Castle.
