There are several car parks in Burryport and plenty of on-street parking. There are two car parks off Ashburnham Road with around ten designated disability spaces. There is also marked parking on Station Road and Old Tramway but no designated disability spaces.
The town is generally flat with pavements throughout.
Brief Description:
Burryport is a coastal town on the main south Wales rail route about five miles west of Llanelli. The town's harbour was the landing site for Amelia Earhart's famous trans-Atlantic flight.
The town has a long history of music, farming and fishing with strong links to the local coal mining industry.
There Welsh and English medium primary schools and a secondary school, along with the usual amenities you would associate with a town of this size.
