Details

Accessibility:

Parking is available next to the main house. The paths to all the main parts of the garden are gravel and reasonably level. It may prove hard going for manual wheelchairs or wheeled walkers but much of the garden is accessible to most motorised scooters. Our photos show the variety of the sculptures and art works that can be seen, and the routes to them, and the lighting level inside them, to assist visitors with visual impairments. "Paths are gravel, and there are some steps. There is a shorter route covering the main features, without steps."

Brief Description:

"Situated at over 1000ft above sea-level in the hills inland from Llanrhystud, these gardens have been created in challenging conditions.

There are two pond complexes and a lake, with paths, waterfalls, and bridges to link them together." There are several wildly varying garden sections covering many horticultural topics plus sculptures and seating. Our photos show the variety of the sculptures and art works that can be seen, and the routes to them, and the lighting level inside them.
