Brief Description:

The Church of Our Lady (or Vor Frue Kirke in Danish) was designed by the architect Christian Frederik Hansen in the neoclassical style and was completed in 1829. Inside the cathedral is decorated with the twelve apostles (one in front of each of the piers of the central nave), in a niche above the altar is the Risen Christ displaying the wounds in his body and in front of the altar there is the baptismal font which is in the form of an angel holding a large scallop shell.
