Limited on-street parking. Please note, Church Lane is very narrow in places.
A pavement leads from Church Lane to the double gates. From here the path continues to the porch entrance.
The grounds and graves are unpaved.
Within the porch, a portable ramp is available for access to the church's interior.
The Nave is accessed via several steps.
The central aisle leads to the Chancel and altar and is accessed by several steps.

Brief description
The Church of the Holy Rood is a Grade II* listed building from the Norman/12th Century, with the Nave and Chancel dating from the 13th Century. There is a fine example of a carved wood Crucifix and Holy Rood screen (19th century). The carved stone square Font (15th century) shows biblical scenes. The church was later restored between 1884-1888.
