Accessibility:

There are five steps with rails leading up to the church doors and a ramp to the right. Once inside there is a lift to the upper floors. Hearing loop system available. Disability toilets on site. There are parking bays located along the Promenade with some allocated disability bays. Large print hymn books available, as well as magnifying sheets.

Brief Description:

Promenade Methodist church was opened in 1974, replacing the Old Loch Parade church and Victoria Street church. It is situated on the Douglas sea front and is popular with visiting tourists during the summer months.

Directions:

Situated on the Douglas seafront, 2.2 miles SE of Braddan. Head S on Peel Road. At all roundabouts continue following Peel Road. At the end of Peel Road continue onto Lord Street. At the roundabout take first exit onto Bath Place. At next roundabout take first exit onto Peveril Square. Take 1st exit at next roundabout onto Loch Promenade and the church will be on your left hand side, just after Howard Street. OS SC382756 .
