Brief description
"Pembrokeshire Citizens Advice is about providing free, independent, confidential, and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on a multitude of issues, which range from benefits issues (including Universal Credit) to helping people with their energy bills. Our generalist advice services are delivered by staff and volunteers working in both offices and seven outreach centres. Since 2013, nearly 15,000 clients have visited our main offices and outreach centres. In the last financial year alone (April 2019 – March 2020) we advised over 3,000 clients on over 15,500 issues. Benefits and tax credits have remained the most common issue our clients have sought advice on, followed by concerns related to debt."
