Accessibility:
The car collection was previously "situated on the first floor of the Montgomery Institute and can only be reached by climbing a flight of stairs. The toilet is on the ground floor but there is not sufficient space to make it accessible for wheelchair users. On-street parking is available outside, but spaces can be limited. There are 2 disability blue badge parking spaces 90 yards south on the corner of the town square. A disability toilet is available at the town's modern activity centre (please see https://www.montgomery-wales.co.uk/activity/activity.html). The Castle Kitchen Café, 100 yards south on the south side of the town square, has a level entrance and an accessible toilet (please see this website's venue entry for it). There is also a defibrillator on the outside entrance wall of the Institute."

Our photos taken in 2018 show when at Montgomery Institute, Arthur Street, Montgomery, an extensive range of diecast cars of both 1/43 scale and larger can be seen in 2 connecting rooms, which are well lit. Some second-hand models are also available for sale.
