2025: "we currently offer complete accessibility to all, with the exception being our downstairs toilet doesn't have a lateral transfer space next to the toilet and there is no emergency alarm, however it can be fully accessed by a wheelchair user. We have allocated disabled parking spaces, ramps to the front door, lift to all floors with enough space for all wheelchair sizes, accessible ground floor toilet, seating area with tables outside, seating are with tables and hot & cold drinks vending machine (includes free cold water) and top floor toilets. Assistance dogs are allowed in the museum. Service users are entitled to bring in one carer or personal assistant for free."Brief description
