From Cardiff follow the A4161 West to Penarth, Continue South onto  Leckwith Road, Follow until the B4267, Continue on the B4267 to destination.

Opening Times:

2023: "The Medieval Village is free of charge to enter and look around the buildings and grounds.  Interpretation panels are located throughout to inform visitors about this unique site reconstructed on original foundations and set in the year 1350

Opening times are 10.00am to 5.00pm April to September (last entry at 4.00pm) and

10.00am to 4.00pm October to March (last entry at 3.00pm)

Guided tours are available for schools and organised groups only:

The guide in costume and character will lead you as 'the visitor' to their village on an entertaining tour of the furnished buildings and grounds. During the tour you will have the opportunity to interact and ask the villager questions

Your guide on the day might be; Henry Hogg the swine herd, Elsbeth of Oxford, Father Edwin the village priest or Walter the village Reeve
