Accessibility:

The entrance to the courthouse is on Deemsters Walk, there are lifts from the entrance to all floors. Wheelchair friendly facilities are currently limited within the courthouse building. There is a disability toilet on the mezzanine floor of the courthouse. Parking is restricted around the building, but there are public car parks nearby.

Brief Description:

The Isle of Man Courts of Justice operate from a purpose built courthouse. Opened in 1996, it replaced the old courthouse on Athol Street which had been in use since 1857. The courthouse is close to the central Government offices at the junction of Bucks Road and Circular Road. Courts 1 to 5 are in the main building and courts 6, 7 and 8 are located in the adjacent Registries building. OS SC 380 756
