Boniface Centre: This is a very disabled-friendly building. There are no ramps, and it is equipped with a toilet for the disabled, a hearing loop system and a sophisticated, but easy-to-use, public address system.
Brief description
'Crediton Church can be traced continuously in written records back to the early tenth century, and if an eleventh century copy of a charter of 739AD is accepted as authentic, to almost two centuries earlier.'

From the North A377
Drive through the town. The church is on the left at the bottom access being via the lane beneath it. Continue along the lane for a large car park.
From the North M5
Come off the M5 at Junction 27, follow the A361 to Tiverton, then A396 to Bickleigh and A3072 to Crediton. On entering Crediton turn right on to the A377 to Barnstaple. Holy Cross will be found on the right-hand side of this road within 200 yards of entering it. Access to the church and its car park is via the well-signed lane just below it.
From the South using A30/303
Travel through Exeter following the signs for Tiverton, Barnstaple and Crediton, along the A396/A377 (Cowley Bridge Road), turning left at Cowley Bridge onto the A377 (signed Crediton and Barnstaple). On entering Crediton (5miles), continue on the A377 and the church is on the right about 1 mile from the “Welcome” sign for the town. Access to the church car park (well signed) is immediately below it.
From the West using the A38/A30
Leave the A30 on the A377 exit and travel through Exeter following signs for Crediton and Barnstaple. Turn left at Cowley Bridge and follow directions as from the South above.

By BusIf coming by bus, from Exeter, take one of the following services to Potters Snooker Hall in Crediton: 5, 5A, 5B or 5C.
By TrainIf coming via Exeter by train, travel on the Barnstaple line from Exeter St David Station, alighting at Crediton. The church is about 1 mile walk from here (the bus service is irregular).
