Brief Description:

Everingham Hall Chapel also known as St Mary the Virgin and St Everilda Roman Catholic Church, is an Italianate Roman Catholic Chapel which was built in 1839 alongside Everingham Hall. It is a Grade I Listed Building. The chapel was closed in 2004 but it is still used for some masses.

"This stunning grade one listed Chapel is available to hire for civil weddings and blessings. Seats 150 comfortably. It is privately owned and therefore we do not have a resident vicar or priest, however we have celebrants who we can recommend who can tailor your service to your requirements. Another possibility is that if you have a friend or who is a minister of religion you may ask them to perform a service blessing in the Chapel."  For a photograph please see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4088142
