There is limited blue badge holder parking outside the museum and a multi-storey car park at The Grand Arcade Shopping Centre. There is level access into the museum and it is fully wheelchair-accessible throughout. There are lifts providing access to all levels. There are toilets including a disability toilet which is wheelchair-accessible and also baby-changing facilities. A hearing induction loop system is in place please contact in advance on 01942 828128. Magnifiers, large print and braille information may be available, please ask at reception. Assistance dogs are welcome.
