Accessibility:

There are several car parks within half a mile of the church. There is level access into the church with the main doors opening away from you (push) and the second door opening towards you (pull). It is wheelchair accessible inside and there is a medium step up to the pews. There are no toilet facilities at this venue.

 

Brief Description:

St Helen’s Church is a Grade II Listed Building which originated in the 13th Century with most of it being built in the 14th and 15th Centuries. It was partly demolished in the 16th Century, but rebuilt. The limestone font dates from the 12th Century. It features stained glass windows and a pipe organ. St Helens is regularly used as a concert and recitals venue.
