There is an on-site car park available and a path from the car park directly to the church. There is ramped access into the church and the church is generally wheelchair accessible. A hearing induction loop system is in place. Assistance dogs are welcome.
Brief Description:
St Mary’s Church is a Grade I Listed building. It was built with sandstone and brick in 1140 by the Normans. It was extended in the 16th Century by the Tudors and there are gothic windows in the church which were built in 1350. There is a stained glass window which is based on the Parable of the Sower found in gospels by Matthew, Mark and Luke. The churchyard is a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust Sanctuary for Wildlife.

From Driffield via A614. Head south-west on Etherington Lane towards Victoria Road. Turn right onto Victoria Road. Turn left onto Mill Street. Turn right onto St John’s Road. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Beverley Road. Go through one roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Beverley Road/A614 and continue to follow for 6.3 miles. Turn right onto Station Road. Continue onto Rectory View. Continue onto Front Street. Turn left onto Thorpe. Turn left onto Church Lane.
