The closest car park is at Merseyway Shopping Centre approximately 320 metres away, parking charges apply. There is ramped access into the venue. The inside of the air raid shelters has uneven and unmade sloped corridors throughout. There are public toilets including a disability toilet which is wheelchair-accessible. Staff receive disability/equality training. There are large print documents available for the visually impaired.

Air Raid shelters used for up to 7000 people during World War II, now reopened for public visits.
