There are 16 blue badge parking spaces available in the Riverside Car Park for Shopmobility users. There is step free level access into the store. There are no public toilets on site however there are toilets including wheelchair accessible toilets in Copecastle Square and between M&S and Debenhams on level 1 and between M&S and Debenhams and near Eat Central on level 2.

Brief Description:

Derby Shopmobility hires out manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs and scooters on an hourly basis. The staff are experience and will know the right equipment you will need. They also hire out holiday scooter and wheelchairs. The staff will train you in the use of the equipment and ensure that you are confident to use it before you set off. You can prebook up to 2 weeks in advance by calling 01332 200320.
