Accessibility:

There is parking available. There are adapted toilets in house and visitor reception. The grounds are partly accessible. There is a long level board walk to mill pond. The ground floor is accessible, but there are steep steps to basement. There is a lift to allow wheelchair users to access to the first floor at Newton House. Guide dogs are welcome.

Dinefwr Castle is a National Nature Reserve, historic house and 18th-century landscape park, enclosing a medieval deer park.
