"There is a lift inside the Castle and the Tearoom and Gift Shop both have easy access. Many of the paths and parts of the gardens have hard surfaces that are suitable for wheelchairs, however as you’d expect in an estate the size of Drumlanrig, the woodland paths are gravel, and grass and can become difficult to navigate. Please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to point you in the right direction, call the Castle Office on 01848 331 555, or contact us before you visit.

The public toilets are positioned past the Castle Shop in the Alleyway. Both are accessible across the cobbles by flat pathways.

 Both ladies and gents have been fitted with non-slip flooring.

 Both ladies and gents have baby changing facilities.
