"EAQ Dyfi Donkeys - Equine Assisted Learning EAL

EAL uses interaction with donkeys as a catalyst for individual change. The non-verbal and non-judgemental nature of donkeys provides a safe place to develop self-confidence and self discovery. The calm and approachable nature of the donkeys instills mindfulness and peace in participants.

EAL may help: mental ill-health, bereavement and dementia, challenges of neurodiversity including Autism, ADHD , school refusal

EAL is person-centred, experiential, and undertaken in a natural outdoor environment, providing the environment to enable participants to find their own solutions without direct teaching, coaching or counselling."
