If you’re expecting a little one, we recommend that you speak to your GP before visiting us and they will be able to advise what facilities you can use and treatments you can have during your visit.  Treatments that can be carried out:

Please visit our Therapy Reception for further advice and treatment availability. If you wish to participate in any classes, please seek advice from our Leisure Reception.

• We have wheelchair accessibility for all areas e.g. wide doors, lift, ramps

• We do not have a hoist poolside or at hot tubs

• We have disabled shower and toilet facilities

• We have an evac slide and chair in the event of fire/emergency

• PEEP forms are completed on arrival

• Couches in therapy rooms which can be lowered for transfer

• If you are planning on visiting us with a service dog please call us to book your Spa experience

• For those hard of hearing, we have a hearing loop available at Eden Hall. This can be found at the Main Reception.

Brief description

"Eden Hall has just unveiled its blissful new Spa Garden, which includes all-year-round therapeutic facilities for guests to enjoy.

The Spa Garden is home to a new Outdoor Hydrotherapy Pool, spanning 20 metres. Being one of largest of its kind in the UK, it has been designed to boost overall wellness using the latest water therapy technologies.

With an average temperature of 39°C, and powerful built-in massage jets and water features, guests can enjoy a full body massage and swimming experience… even during cooler months.

From a new Reflect and Relax room to an Outdoor Sauna and fire pit surrounded by trees and plants, the new facility is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and loved ones.

What’s more, the new Spa Garden features four standing therapy stations and air loungers with headrests, as well as 16 benches that offer guests a variety of relaxation options to choose from, such as back and calf jets."
