Accessibility

The station is accessed via Fairwater Road or Pwllmelin Road.

There is no car park but on-road parking is available on both roads.

Ramped access to the platforms, with a bridge connecting the two platforms, there is no lift available.

For easy access for trains to Cardiff use the Pwllmelin Road entrance and for trains to Radyr use the Fairwater Road entrance.

Directions

From A48 Western Avenue, take Waun-gron Road at the traffic light controlled cross roads junction just North of Ely Bridge Roundabout, signposted for Pentrebane and The Museum for Welsh Life.

Take an immediate turning right, at the end of the central island, onto Fairwater Grove West, keep left on this road and follow it to the top of the hill.

For Fairwater Road entrance

Turn left onto Fairwater Road. The station is on your right hand side.

For Pwllmelin Road entrance

Turn right onto Fairwater Road.

At the T Junction turn left onto Pwllmelin Road.

The station is on your left hand side just passed the entrance to the High School.
