Accessibility:

There is designated disability parking at the front of the main car park. Wheelchairs and a mobility scooter [which cannot be booked in advance] are available to borrow and there are Braille and large print guides and induction loops.

Most areas are wheelchair friendly - including the woods, where there is an all-weather path.

An accessibility toilet is available close to the Visitor’s Reception.

Brief Description:

Felbrigg Hall, a National Trust property, is a 17th-century country house with Jacobean architecture and a Georgian interior. The Estate park has a lake, 520 acres of woods and waymarked trails.

Opening Hours:

House and Bookshop: 27 Feb-22 Oct 11am to 5pm Sat-Wed [but open on Good Friday], and open daily 18 July-2 Sep and in local school holidays [March-Oct]: access to some areas of the house may be limited on Thursdays and Fridays. Also open 23-30 Oct Sat-Wed 11-4.

Garden open daily: 27 Feb-22 Oct 11am to 5.30pm; 23-30 Oct 11-4; and Thursday-Sunday 3 Nov-18 Dec 11-3.

Parkland - Dawn to dusk all year: dogs must be on leads when stock grazing, and under close control in woodland.

Shop and Squire's pantry [refreshments]: 2 Jan-21 Feb weekends only 11-3; daily 27 Feb-22 Oct 10:30am to 5pm, and daily 10.30-4 23-30 Oct; 3 Nov-18 Dec 11-3 from Thursday-Sunday; 27-31 Dec 11-3 Tuesday-Saturday. Closed at all other dates and times.
