"The Town Hall is formerly the Magistrates Court which was built by Walter Wiles, the County Architect of Denbighshire in 1905-07 and is a Grade II listed building. The Courts closed in the 1990s and became the Town Hall which still retains many of its original features."

"There is a public pay/display car park behind the building on Douglas Road as no public parking at the Town Hall. There is disabled access to the building at the side. St Paul's Church side entrance is opposite the Town Hall.

Driving Westbound: Exit the A55 at the Colwyn Bay sign (Jct 21) turn left at top of road, then straight on at the mini roundabout, then turn right on to Abergele Road. Turn left onto Douglas Road (opposite Theatr Colwyn) for the car park. There is a road (Albert Place) leading to Rhiw Road and the Town Hall is on the left.
