Directions
Exit the M4 at Junction 27 and take the B4591 towards High Cross, following the brown signage for the Locks.
Climb the hill until you reach a turning on the right signposted towards the Locks onto Cefn Walk.
Continue on this road until you come to a shop on the left and a narrow bridge over the canal.
The entrance to the car park is just after the bridge.
