Accessibility:

There is a drive way to approach the church, with little parking outside the church. There is a flight of steps down to the entrance door. Inside the floor is level, with a ramp up to the chancel area. The pews are located on a wooden plinth, involving a step up from the main nave floor. There are no toilets at the church, but there are some close by, including disability toilets which can be accessed by RADAR key, by the picnic site on the River Wye.

 Amenities:

As well as the picnic site, there are a number of quaint cafes and pubs in the villages, most of which overlook the River Wye. Alternatively, there are a number of places to eat, drink and stay in Brecon or Hereford.Brief Description:

Following floods in the mid seventeenth century, the River Wye changed course and the old parish church of St Peter's found itself south of the river and subsequently fell into disrepair. A new one was built still further south in 1661, though the current building dates from 1837.
