Brief Description:
Haverfordwest town is Pembrokeshire’s commercial and administrative centre. There are remains dating back to the 12th century when the first Norman castle was established, but archaeological evidence suggests that there may well have been earlier settlements in the area as far back as Roman/Iron Age times.
