Brief description:

Built in 1722 by Sir Thomas Egerton as his new home. Designed by James Wyatt who also has designed many of the other buildings around the park.

Heaton Park has many listed buildings/structures within the park and is a Grade II listing on the English Heritage Register of Parks.

Directions:

Situated 14.6 miles/23.5km North of Stockport via the M60. Follow M60 to junction 19 and exit onto the A576. Turning right onto Heaton Park Road and follow to Heaton Hall.
