Accessibility:

Parking is available. The gardens is set out with pretty flat pathways laid to stone and paving, however care should be taken as this could be uneven under foot. Toilets are available on site, however the gardens does not have disability access.


Brief Description:

16th century farmhouse with a walled garden. Herterton House and Gardens has been completely transformed and produced by Frank and Marjorie Lawley. Consisting of four separate areas within the garden, set in only an acre of land.

Opening Hours:
April to September. Daily except Tuesday and Thursday. Open 1.30pm to 5.30pm. Admission to the gardens is charged at £3.00 per adult.


Directions:

Situated 13 miles W of Morpeth via the B6343 turning right towards Scots Gap. Continue on this Unnamed road for 0.8miles and turn left, after turning left, follow this lane along and the gardens will be on your right hand side just before the end of the lane.
