"WE'RE DOG FRIENDLY
Holkham Park, Lake and Attractions
We welcome dogs with open arms here at Holkham, not only have you got acres of parkland to explore with your canine companions, we’ve some designated walking routes and even a nature trail to keep you on your toes. However, we kindly request that they are kept on leads at all times whilst in the park so as not to disturb the wildlife. Please do not allow your dog to swim in or drink from the lake. Don’t approach the deer - they are wild animals so please keep your distance. Holkham is also a working estate, so be sure to keep an eye out for slow-moving vehicles on the roads.
Dogs on leads are most welcome inside the Walled Garden, Holkham Stories Experience, Courtyard Gift Shop, Visitor Reception and in the seating area of the Courtyard Café. Guide dogs only are permitted inside Holkham Hall. Dogs are not permitted inside the Woodland Play Area, but you’ll find log seating and refreshments just outside the gate."
