Accessibility                  

There is a Blue Badge parking bay in Honeywood Walk, next to the Museum. There is a  public car park just off Carshalton High Street, a 5 minute level walk.

​Only the ground floor of the museum, the shop and the tea room are fully wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilet. 

Brief description                    

Honeywood Museum is a 17th century Grade II listed building overlooking Carshalton Ponds. It re-opened in May 2012 after complete refurbishment. Restored period features include the Edwardian billiards room, drawing room and bathroom.  There is a collection of Edwardian toys on display in the Childhood room.

The exhibitions tell the history of the house and the people who lived there, along with the history of Carshalton and the Borough of Sutton. Nearest Station:  Carshalton (Southern and Thameslink) about a 5 min walk (not to be confused with Carshalton Beeches).
