Leave the M4 at junction 3 and take The Parkway towards Heathrow Airport.
At the Waggoners Roundabout carry straight over on the A312 and continue on the A312 keeping right at the traffic lights joining Causeway.
At the next set of traffic lights turn left into North Feltham Trading Estate onto Heron Way and then follow the One Way system through the Estate until you reach a T Junction where turn right onto Central Way.
At the traffic lights turn right keeping on the A312 and the entrance to the Farm is on the left hand side, just after the Fire Station and is through the Hatton Cemetery gates.
