Accessibility:
The car park is behind the station on Pancras Rd, which is one-way. Access is via Euston Road. The car park has 12 Blue Badge spaces, although the usual parking charges still apply. The station has a ramp for train access and step free access coverage. There is level access to all platforms and lifts are available between the concourse & Mezzanine and London Underground ticket hall. Accessible toilets are located next to platform 9 and can be operated by a RADAR key. Wheelchairs are available to borrow.

The station has plenty of places to purchase food and drink, including cafes, bars, kiosks, restaurants, delicatessens and shops. Immediately to the east and south of the station's main entrance are branches of McDonald's takeaway food shop, and also a Burger King takeaway food shop, and on Gray's Inn Road a branch of Subway takeaway food shop. Just north-east of the station, on the western side of the one-way part of Caledonian Road is a local Tesco supermarket, where a range of food and groceries can be purchased.
