Brief description
Lambeth Palace is the official residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury. The palace is located on the south bank of the River Thames, on the opposite side of the river from the Palace of Westminster. Lambeth Palace Library is located on the grounds of the palace, and houses the largest collection of religious books outside of Vatican City.
