There are no access barriers at The Landmark. There are lifts directly to the circle.
Customer toilets including accessible toilet, are located on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance to the theatre.
Our bar is located on the ground floor – available to purchase both hot and cold drinks and snacks. It is also open as a café between 10am to 4pm from Wednesday – Sunday.
Landmark Theatre offers complimentary tickets to Essential Carers for visitors with a disability. When booking your tickets please let us know how we can make your visit easier. We may ask you to let us know some further details to ensure that we’reable to give you the best assistance we can and so we can put in to place the appropriate safety measure for evacuation procedures. Please contact the box office for further details.
For those with dementia, we offer support to ensure your visit is as welcoming as possible. We are happy to show you around the venue prior to a show to familiarise yourself with the venue. We have also identified some seating areas which may help with your visit. Please contact us to discuss anything we can do to assist with your experience.
Accessible seating, wheelchair spaces and carer tickets can now be booked online by signing up to our new Access membership scheme. If you require a free carer ticket, please select 1 access member ticket alongside your standard ticket and it will automatically be discounted at checkout if you are logged into your account.
We welcome guide and assistance dogs with open arms and a fresh bowl of water!

"The Landmark is built on the stunning seafront of Ilfracombe. Built in 1997, this unique building consists of a wonderful horseshoe shaped theatre and the Pavilion, a circular function room (both available to hire). Along with our partner theatre, Queen’s Theatre, Barnstaple, we are supported by Arts Council England and provide a diverse programme for our audiences ranging from musical theatre, classic dramas, ballet, orchestral concerts, comedians and workshops."
