Accessibility:
Pathways leading to the Cathedral are laid to stone, with some steps throughout the grounds. Most have hand rails. There is a car park situated at the Cathedral Green, which is a short walk away. There are two disability toilets on site. There is disability parking at the rear, east end, of the cathedral.
Brief Description:
Llandaff Cathedral dates back to around 1120, in the Norman period. The building was devastated by a landmine during the blitz in 1941, damaging the chapter house and the roof of the nave and chancel. It has since been restored and has five chapels. The lady chapel, the Dyfrig chapel, the St David chapel, the St lllutd chapel and the Teilo chapel.

Directions:
Situated 12.1 miles SW of Newport. Head SW along the M4 motorway, keeping left at fork in road to continue onto A48(M). Following signs for Cardiff. This road then becomes the A48/Eastern Avenue. After 6.1 miles turn left onto Mill Lane/A4119 ,and at the end of the road turn right onto Cardiff Road. After approx 0.2 miles turn right onto the High Street and right again onto Cathedral Close, which will lead you directly to the Cathedral car park. OS ST 155781.

The nearest bus stop is located along Cardiff Road, which is approximately a five minute walk from the Cathedral. Easily accessible via car.
