Brief Description:

Llanelly House is an 18th century grade 1 listed town house. It was originally built and owned by Sir Thomas Stepney of Llanelli in 1714. Over time it became derelict and in a state of disrepair. Carmarthenshire Heritage Regeneration Trust secured funding to the value of £7m to restore the House and after extensive work the house was opened to the public in 2013. Llanelly House now offers visitors a range of tours, there is a shop onsite offering a range of traditional Welsh gifts and a cafe offering a range of breakfast and lunch options for visitors. There are also a range of private hire options available to visitors.
