Accessibility:

There is some off-road parking across the road outside the entrance to St Michael's Church but the hall building faces directly onto the main A488, so great care should be taken when viewing it.

Brief Description:

The village hall at Llanfihangel Rhydithon is a Grade II listed building which was originally a toll house built in 1800. There is an extension built on the side facing the road with a plaque stating it was a school in 1848. It is an attractive yet small building having been put together over several iterations, all being stone over slate with interesting roof light features. It retains the original toll house octagonal shape to the roadside although a prominent chimney was removed some time after 1930.
