Accessibility:
Pay and display parking is available and costs just £2 for a full day. There is a large car park with four disability spaces. There are toilets with full disability facilities in the visitors centre.
While a lot of the site is laid out and suitable for wheelchairs and disabled visitors (including the whole of the visitors centre) some of the walks involve gravel paths and uneven ground that may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
Brief Description:
Llyn Brenig offers over 2,500 acres of forest, moorlands and a man-made lake/reservoir amid stunning upland scenery. There is also an archaeological trail to the north-east of the lake/reservoir.
There is the chance of taking in the sights, including ospreys, cuckoos and red squirrels, either via the many walks around the area or by hiring bicycles from the visitors centre.
The visitors centre is open all year round and includes a restaurant and shop with panoramic views of the reservoir, an adventure playground and picnic area and a walk-through exhibition telling the story of Llyn Brenig lake.
The centre also offers rooms to hire for meetings and conferences.

Directions:
From the A5 at Cerrigydrudion take the B4501 northbound. The sign for the visitors centre car park entrance will be on the right after around four miles.
