Accessibility:
There are 6 disability parking spaces, five in the small car park opposite the zoo and one directly outside. Most of the zoo is accessible to all; however due to the nature of some of the old listed buildings within the zoo, some may be accessible via wheelchair. The tiger territory has a lift to gain access to the higher viewing platform. Paths are laid to tarmac and most buildings have levelled or ramped access. The two slopes leading to the tunnels are quite steep. Wheelchair hire is available with a deposit. Call ahead on 0344 2251826 to reserve. Disability toilets are located at different areas of the zoo. Assistance dogs are not permitted. 1 mobility scooter is available to hire for a hire fee of £10 and a £50 refundable deposit will be required, which will be refunded when the scooter is returned undamaged. This must be pre-booked in advance by ringing Supporter Services on 0344 225 1826 or emailing generalenquiries@zsl.org.

Opening Hours:

Directions:
Situated 3.1 miles from Emirates Stadium via Holloway. Head N on A103, turning left onto A503. In 2.1 miles A503 turns left and becomes Bayham Street. Continue on Bayham Street and turn right onto Pratt Street. At the junction turn right and immediate left onto Delancey Street/A503. At traffic lights/intersection turn left onto the Parkway/A4201 and continues onto Gloucester Gate Bridge. At end of road turn right onto the Park's Outer Circ and zoo will be on your left hand side. Parking is on your right hand side.
Alternatively, the Zoo can be reached by turning Northwards into the Regent's Park from the Marylebone Road, approximately 500 yards east of Madame Tussauds waxworks building.

There are a number of places to eat and drink at the zoo including The terrace Restaurant, Animal Adventure and Aquarium Kiosk. Serving hot and cold foods, drinks and snacks. Accessible toilets are located opposite BUGS, the children's zoo, the aquarium, African aviary and at the zoo entrance. A facility with hoist is located at the first aid point. Prams are available for hire from both ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo on a first come, first served, basis.
