Accessibility

The lookout has car parking, coach and caravan parking facilities, all on tarmac ground. The picnic tables are also on tarmac/concrete ground, grass area between tables. The tables are accessed by tarmac paths from the car park to the table, where the path joins the road the pavement is lowered. The area to the cliff side is fenced.

Brief description

Magheracross beauty spot between Portrush and Bushmills, allowing for a look out of the coastal headland and the ruins of Dunluce Castle. Parking and picnic table access.

Directions

Travel along the A2 which will join up and become the Dunluce Road, if traveling from Portush and you pass Dunluce castle you've gone to far. If travelling from Portballintrae and you come to the castle its a little further.
