Accessibility:

There are disability parking spaces (with a reduced tariff) in Friars pay and display car park near to the Wilkinson store at the southern end of the shopping centre. Blue Badge holders must still purchase a pay and display ticket, however, an additional hour is added to the ticket’s expiry time.

At the northern end of Merlin's Walk are a limited number of disability blue badge parking spaces on Lammas Street.

The shopping centre is flat and easily negotiable, however, there is some pavement furniture and seating down the very centre of the walkway so care should be taken. There are no public toilets for the shopping centre itself, but there is a disability toilet (accessed using a RADAR key) on the ground floor of the Burger King café halfway along the shopping centre. There is a café on the ground floor of the Wilkinson store (which has automatic entrance doors) and at the southern end of the shopping centre there is also the Steaming Mugs café.
